Michelle strives for excellence in serving our clients and assisting our team on a daily basis. She manages our team’s wide range of administrative matters – from account maintenance and service requests to client communications. Her mission is to always make working with us easy and effortless, which is why clients can count on her to address any questions or requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Michelle enjoys fostering close relationships with the families and individuals we serve, helping ensure they receive focused attention and support. Throughout her career in financial services, Michelle has utilized her compassion, attention to detail and dependable nature to ensure clients are provided the dedicated service they deserve. She approaches each client request or question with a positive, conscientious attitude.

Before joining our team in February of 2021, Michelle was a registered client service associate, CSA coach and branch technology liaison at UBS Financial Services, as well as a service associate at Merrill Lynch. In addition, she holds her Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Michelle is originally from Anaheim, California, and now lives in West Linn, Oregon, with her husband, Dave, and children, Libby, Emily, and Ian. When not in the office, Michelle enjoys game nights with family and friends, gardening, camping and playing with her dogs. She spent many years as a Girl Scout leader and volunteers for a variety of organizations, such as the Oregon Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity and Friends of the Children.
