Our Team’s Process for Building Your Plan
Having a financial plan that accurately reflects you is essential, as it serves as a blueprint for pursuing your long-term goals. We put a lot of care into knowing you as a person and as an investor. It will be evident at every step as we arrive at the wealth management plan we personalize for you, your family, your company or your organization.
-
In order to truly get to know you, we’ll ask a lot of questions – and most important – intently listen to your answers. We want to learn about you and the details of your life, both personal and financial. We want to gain a thorough understanding of your goals, current financial situation, investment experience and risk tolerance.
-
After carefully analyzing the information you shared with us in our first meeting, we’ll present an overview of what we believe is working for you – and what areas should be addressed and revised. We’ll present a list of actionable items so you can specifically see what we can do to help. At this point, you can decide to move forward with working together – or politely decline if you so choose. It’s entirely up to you. We believe the best client relationships come from being completely comfortable with the guidance you receive and the financial professionals providing it.
-
Once you’ve made the decision to be our client, we’ll create a comprehensive financial plan with recommendations tailored specifically to you. We’ll consider different investment options and coordinate with your CPA and attorney, when appropriate.
-
Once your plan is implemented, we will continually monitor the progress of your plan relative to your defined objectives and changes in the economic environment, then suggest any changes where needed. We accomplish this by providing ongoing reporting of your account activity and by conducting periodic reviews. A key to this step is your involvement and communication of any significant changes in your business, organization or personal life.
