Finalist in the 2022 Invest in Others Awards
Jason began his career in the securities industry in 1994. He later founded DiLauro Financial Services in 2009, which then became The Wealth Advisory Group of DiLauro Wracher & Thomas in 2015. His focus is on advising and assisting individuals and business owners with their financial planning needs.
A frequent moderator and presenter at financial planning seminars, Jason continually provides education to clients and others on the fundamentals of investment planning and wealth management. Educating clients on the wealth management process instills confidence and assists them in making decisions.
Jason has distinguished himself from other advisors by understanding and advising clients on their full financial picture. This includes investments, insurance and proper debt management and structure. While most advisors focus solely on asset accumulation, Jason also spends time discussing asset distribution, planning for asset preservation as well as income generation.
Continually helping to improve our community is a priority for Jason. Acting as the founding president of the Revere Schools Foundation, and an Advisory Board Member of the College of Businesses Marketing Board at the University of Akron, Jason creates scholarship and job opportunities for local students. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Akron, and earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation, while maintaining Series 7, 63, 65, 9 and 10 licenses.

Jason is one of three national finalists for the Community Award in the 16th Annual Invest in Others Awards for his philanthropic contributions to Revere Schools Foundation.

When not at work Jason enjoys golf, fitness, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their children, Isabella, Amilio, and Enzo.
