Client Service Associate
The Wealth Advisory Group of DiLauro Wracher & Thomas is currently seeking a full-time, customer-focused Client Service Associate in Akron, OH. In this role, you will perform a varying multitude of client service processes while also providing internal office support. The Client Service Associate reports directly to the leadership team and will serve not only as a key member of our team but also as an initial point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Anticipate client needs, solve problems, and follow through with exceptional service
- Respond to incoming emails and phone calls professionally to ensure the client's request is met in a timely fashion
- Document all relevant action items and tasks
- Maintain all current DWT systems as presented
- Interact with our partner firms' home office support to develop cooperative relationships
- Execute project-related tasks to contribute to the firm's development
- Work closely with advisors in coordinating daily client correspondence
- Cultivate ideas to develop or help improve office systems and protocol
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Financial services experience required
- Series 7 is desirable but not required
- Basic knowledge of investments and banking experience preferred
