Alicia Gates Cole

Alicia uses her strong work ethic and attention to detail to support the responsive customer service of Madison Street Wealth Advisors of Raymond James. As a front-line customer service ambassador, her top priorities are making clients feel welcome and appreciated and fostering a positive and productive atmosphere for the office.

Prior to joining the practice, Alicia was with Regions Bank where she was an assistant branch manager and supported the company’s private wealth management program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management.

Alicia’s passion for serving others continues outside of the office. She volunteers with multiple organizations including Picnic in the Park Operation Feed the Homeless and Christmas Banquet Operation Feed the Homeless, and also works as a vacation bible school teacher. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Alicia now lives in Huntsville with her spouse and three children.
