Leo Stiles-Strudley

FPQP®
Financial Services Assistant

Leo’s passion for finance began early, nurtured by a family deeply rooted in concierge wealth management. He made his first stock selection in fifth grade—a moment that sparked a lifelong interest in financial strategy.

To build a strong foundation in financial planning, Leo earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) designation from the College for Financial Planning. This certification covers essential areas such as estate planning, tax strategies, retirement planning, and investment fundamentals.

Leo also holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ (AAMS®) designation, which recognizes his knowledge in asset management and broader financial topics including insurance and tax planning. These credentials reflect his commitment to help deliver, along with our Financial Advisors, informed, holistic guidance to our high-net-worth clients.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management Economics at UC Santa Cruz, Leo balances academic rigor with hands-on experience in wealth management. In Fall 2026, he will participate in Semester at Sea, an immersive global education program that will take him to 11 countries including Portugal, Morocco, Brazil, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Thailand—broadening his global perspective and cultural fluency.

Outside of work, Leo is an avid athlete and adventurer. He enjoys weight training, rock climbing, competitive swimming, and Sea Scouts. His seven years of karate and six years of water polo reflect a deep commitment to discipline and long-term goal achievement—qualities that translate seamlessly into financial planning.

Leo is a valued member of our concierge wealth management team, bringing energy, insight, and a client-first mindset to everything he does.
