Kelli joined Talent Financial as the client services director in 2023 with the goal of building trust with clients and helping them understand how an advisor can help them plan for the future.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Kelli was the office manager for Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home for three and a half years, overseeing daily operations and managing accounts for collections and proper documentation. She attended Crane High School and Howard College.

Originally from Crane, Texas, Kelli lives in Big Spring with her spouse, Cody. She has two children, Dylan and Averi.
