Rachel Rodriguez Client Concierge

Rachel is dedicated to helping us provide a high level of customer service. She is committed to helping educate and inform our clients throughout their financial journey, while working to make their lives easier.

Rachel helps clients with establishing and maintaining their online account access and tools. She assists clients with check, wire and money movement requests, address changes, and all things related to their accounts, including answering questions and processing account updates. Rachel is in charge of planning and organizing client events both in person and online. She also greatly assists our team with many essential administrative duties.

Before joining our team in 2013, Rachel was a front office supervisor/concierge at The Lumen, a Kimpton hotel in Dallas. She holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from The University of North Texas.

Rachel is originally from Fort Worth, Texas, and now lives in Snyder with her husband, Mark, son, Sebastian, daughter, Lucille. When not in the office, Rachel enjoys traveling with her family and trying new and unique restaurants. She also enjoys all sporting events and spending time outdoors.
