Michelle makes an effort to provide a personal touch in interactions with clients while fulfilling their requests. Through this, she demonstrates how deeply she cares for them and their families, and their well-being. She treats her clients as if they are family, building rapport one personal connection at a time.

In her role as client services director, Michelle is responsible for a diverse number of tasks in support of both financial advisors and clients. She is fulfilled in the work, helping people outline their goals with confidence in personal finance, where so many have difficulties creating a path forward.

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2022, Michelle was with Edward Jones. Earlier in her career, she was a coordinator with Financial Peace University, an organization focused on personal finance education.

Odessa, Texas, is her hometown, where she was born and raised and continues to live today. She and her husband Adam have one child, Jackson. In her free time, Michelle pursues hobbies including paper crafting and scrapbooking.
