Beau Scott

Beau is a member of the firm’s National Quantitative Group and serves as a Public Finance analyst based in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a member of the Quant Group, Beau assists banking teams across the country, including in Arkansas. Prior to joining Raymond James, Beau spent 2.5 years with the City & County of San Francisco where he helped manage the issuer’s $5 billion municipal debt portfolio in the Office of Public Finance. Before beginning a career in the public finance industry, Beau led a short career as a government staffer. He received a B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University in 2019 and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2022.
