The Company will promptly and thoroughly investigate issues that are brought to its attention and will take appropriate corrective action.
The Company strictly forbids retaliation against any individual who raises a concern about discrimination, participates in an investigation of a complaint of discrimination, who assists with the preparation or filing of a charge of discrimination, who testifies or participates in an equal employment proceeding, or otherwise assists with a charge of discrimination.

In addition to the complaint procedures set forth in the Policy Against Harassment in Raymond James’ Associate Handbook, Associates also should be aware that the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (“DFEH”) investigate and prosecute complaints of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in employment in California. Associates who believe that they have been subjected to unlawful discrimination, harassment, or retaliation may file a complaint with either of these agencies.
