Raymond James expands Investment Banking practice, adds veteran Commercial & Industrial Services banker
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. ─ Raymond James continues to expand the capabilities of its Diversified Industrials Investment Banking practice with the hiring of Andy Schwartz as managing director and co-head of the newly constituted Commercial & Industrial Services sector team. Schwartz has extensive experience in numerous Commercial & Industrial Services sub-sectors, including facilities & industrial services, environmental & waste services, utilities & infrastructure services and rental services, among others.
He has managed domestic and cross-border M&A and capital raising transactions for clients, including leading private equity funds and founder-owned private companies. “Andy is a well-regarded professional who is adept at helping clients pursue exceptional outcomes on their most important and sizable monetization events,” said Alper Cetingok, head of the Diversified Industrials Investment Banking practice. “The expansion of our Commercial & Industrial Services team marks a significant milestone for the Diversified Industrials practice, and the enhanced coverage in this sector allows us to better serve clients as their businesses grow and evolve in response to changing market conditions. I’m excited to have Andy join Brendan Tierney as co-head of this important effort, as their combined leadership, industry knowledge, transaction experience and relationships across the sector ensure that our clients receive world-class advice and support related to their capital formation and M&A initiatives.”
