The Big Q: What advice would you give to up-and-coming leaders?

We asked associates to share advice they would give to up-and-coming leaders.

“Know that it’s a journey,” says Salit Nagy-Todd, SVP, Private Client Group Technology. “There isn’t such a thing that we’re just perfect leaders and we’re done. Learn how to adjust to new situations and find that leadership voice that is unique to you.”

Willem Van Dooijeweert, SVP, head of Corporate Real Estate adds: “Learn the art of telling a story. If you’re going to convey an idea, it’s much easier to do so through a simplified story, rather than a complex example.”

Hear from these associates and more in this episode of The Big Q.

Special thanks to our Big Q participants:

Kim Jenson, COO, SVP, Private Client Group
