Raymond James welcomes Texas financial advisor with $160 million in client assets

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James recently welcomed financial advisor Frank Durrum to Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS) – the firm’s independent advisor channel – according to Kirk Bell, Central division director for RJFS.

Operating as Durrum Wealth Management in Mount Pleasant, Texas, Durrum is joined by client service associates Debbie Patterson and Marisa Blakenship. Together they serve a variety of clients including business owners and corporate executives, families, retirees and women investors with a focus on personalized wealth management. Durrum arrives from Edward Jones, where he managed approximately $160 million in client assets.

“I chose Raymond James for its valuable tools and investment options to serve high-net-worth clients. I’m confident that the resources and support the firm has to offer will allow me to continue to provide excellent service to clients for years to come,” said Durrum.

A Texas native, Durrum began his career in financial services in 2010 and previously spent 13 years at Edward Jones. Before that, he graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served six years as an infantry platoon commander in the Marine Corps.

“We’re pleased to welcome Frank to Raymond James, his focus on service throughout his experience in the military and now in financial services is well-aligned with the firm’s client-first culture as we expand our footprint in the Northeast Texas area,” said Bell.
