Michele Dillon
Michele leads the Private Client Group (PCG) Practice Management and Branch Education teams as well as the conference planning team.
Her teams provide valuable tools, resources, educational events, consulting and coaching across all Raymond James distribution channels including RJA, Alex Brown, RJFS and FID. She and her teams deliver strategic business planning with a focus on helping advisory teams to become more efficient, more profitable and to deliver a truly valuable experience to all of their clients.
Prior to Raymond James in August, 2018, Michele was a Divisional Client Executive, and later a Practice Management Consultant with Russell Investments. At Russell, Michele worked exclusively with the firm’s largest client relationships to help them strategically prepare for the next phases of their business. Before Russell Investments, Michele was a Wealth Management Consultant for Janney Montgomery Scott where she coached financial consultants through their transition to an advisory wealth management process. Michele also spent 15 years at BlackRock, as a Managing Director of the strategic relationship group. Her career began with PNC Bank as a Business/Marketing Development Officer for corporate cash management.
Michele holds a B.S. in Economics and Marketing from Miami University and holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)® designation. Michele is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)® professional and a Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA)® professional. She also holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys golf, tennis and platform tennis. She and her husband have three children in college and have recently moved from Philadelphia to St Petersburg.
