Mary Horner

With nearly 30 years of experience as a residential mortgage underwriter, Mary serves as the direct contact between our investors and selling clients. As such, she’s responsible for all underwriting and due diligence operations. Prior to joining Raymond James in 1993, Mary was with the National Mortgage Company – the largest privately owned mortgage servicer in the country – for 13 years. In addition to having a direct endorsement and VA automatic underwriting approve status, Mary is the first underwriter in the country to receive the Accredited Residential Underwriter designation with the Mortgage Bankers Association.
