RJ Milligan

RJ Milligan re-joined the Raymond James real estate research team in 2020 covering net-lease and shopping center REITs. He has since expanded his coverage to include the gaming and lodging sectors in addition to lodging REITs. Prior to re-joining the equity research team in 2020, Milligan worked at R.W. Baird for six years as a senior research analyst covering the net-lease, shopping center, manufactured housing, and self storage REITs. Milligan started his real estate research career with Raymond James in 2005, and spent 10 years as both a research associate and senior research analyst covering the REIT sector. Milligan also previously worked at Prudential Capital Group as a credit analyst. He graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in finance.
