Adam Kauffman joined Raymond James in 2004. At Raymond James, Mr. Kauffman advises companies located in Canada and the United States on privately placed and negotiated debt and structured equity capital solutions across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Kauffman worked as a consultant to the World Bank Group and spent five years at Ernst & Young as an associate in the Corporate Restructuring group. Mr. Kauffman holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MBA from Georgetown University, where he graduated with honors.
