Katie Donovan

Katie Donovan joined Raymond James in 2018 and serves as a vice president in the Private Credit group. Prior to joining the Private Credit group, Ms. Donovan was a vice president in the Capital Structure Advisory group where she advised companies, creditors and other stakeholders on complex financing, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions transactions across a range of industries. Prior to joining Raymond James, Ms. Donovan worked as a credit analyst at Bank of America and was primarily focused on underwriting credit facilities for large public and sponsor-owned middle market companies. Ms. Donovan graduated magna cum laude from Babson College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
