Will Hodge

Will Hodge joined Raymond James in 2020 as managing director and co-head of exploration and production energy banking in Houston. He has advised on over $90 billion of oil and gas industry transactions across a range of products, including corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings, inaugural bond issuances, private placements, acquisition financings, and restructurings. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Hodge was a managing director at Barclays focused on E&P client coverage. He also worked on a variety of midstream and oilfield service transactions during his tenure. Prior to Barclays, Mr. Hodge served for eight years as a Navy SEAL officer with combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A in management and received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with majors in finance and accounting. Mr. Hodge currently serves on the board of the Navy SEAL Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation that provides immediate and ongoing support to the SEAL community and its families.
