Dr. Dierk Beyer

Dr. Dierk Beyer joined the European healthcare coverage team of Raymond James in 2024. Based in Frankfurt, Germany, he has more than 25 years of healthcare and investment banking experience with a focus on transactions in the specialty pharma, life sciences and pharma services segments. During this time, he has advised international corporations, financial sponsor-backed companies and family-owned companies on a variety of private and public M&A transactions as well as ECM assignments globally.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Dr. Beyer worked for Cowen, Quarton International, TransAct Advisory Services and the Boston Consulting Group in the U.S. and Germany. Dr. Beyer holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry with the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz..
