Steve Hufford is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking at Raymond James. Before serving in the role of COO of Investment Banking, Mr. Hufford was integrally involved in the development and leadership of the firm’s market-leading financial technology and payments investment banking practice. He has completed more than 100 M&A and financing transactions in his career. Mr. Hufford has more than two decades of deal-making experience in corporate development, corporate law and investment banking. He graduated from James Madison University with dual degrees in Political Science and Russian Language, and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
