Misty Dalke

Misty joined Raymond James’ National Housing Group as a vice president in the firm’s Denver, Colorado, office. Prior to joining Raymond James, Misty was a vice president with George K. Baum & Company’s housing finance practice. During that time, she was involved with transaction execution and quantitative structuring for both tax-exempt and taxable municipal issuances for state and local housing finance authorities. Additionally she has executed over 50 mortgage-backed security sales totaling approximately $180 million. Misty has more than 14 years of experience in municipal finance, including municipal fund accounting and securities compliance. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in finance and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and is licensed to practice law in Colorado. She is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver bar associations as well as Housing Colorado and Women in Public Finance. Misty holds Series 50, 52 and 63 licenses.
