With over 25 years of public finance experience, Chad focuses on bond structuring and quantitative analysis for all types of transactions, including revenue-driven bond issues such as privatized student housing as well as for general obligation bonds. He has experience in all aspects of public finance banking, including in the reinvestment of bond proceeds and derivates for public finance. He is familiar with various structures and providers and brings a strategic approach to the investments needed by governmental entities as well as not-for-profits. Chad graduated summa cum laude from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He has obtained the Series 7, 50, 52, 53, 54, 63 and 65 licenses.
