Raymond James adapts recruiting

In the face of challenge, we’re changing our approach.

Our first priority as a firm is and always has been the well-being of clients, associates and advisors – including those who are interested in what we have to offer. We want you to be able to fully and safely explore your options whatever the circumstances, which is why we began taking steps in early March to make our recruiting process something that could operate outside of the office. To that end:

  • Our branch managers and Transitions department are now fully operational remotely, meaning they can offer expertise from wherever they are to support you wherever you are.
  • Home Office Visits that were delayed out of necessity as travel restrictions and social distancing recommendations were announced are now being rescheduled as virtual visits – bringing the full depth of our technological capabilities to bear to ensure you can still meet with anyone you would have on site from your laptop or other device.
  • The dedicated consultants who can no longer spend the first weeks post-transition in your office have been equipped to be on call for you digitally.

So what can you expect from Raymond James now and in the weeks ahead? The same. The same responsiveness and dedicated support you’re accustomed to – the delivery mechanism is just a little different now.

From all of us at Raymond James, we’re here for you. And we remain solidly focused on living our commitment to putting you and your clients first – a commitment that begins long before there’s a crisis and will continue long after we’ve weathered the storm.

We stand ready to serve you and encourage you to reach out to your branch manager with any questions.

Wishing you good health,

null
