If you are a current Client Access mobile app user and have your app update preferences set to automatically install new app updates, there is no action needed. Once the update is available, you will be able to access the full benefits of the all-new Client Access mobile app.
If you opt for manual app updates, you will need to access the app store on your mobile device and download the Client Access mobile app update.
To use the Raymond James Client Access mobile app, you must first be enrolled through the desktop version of the site. You can enroll in Client Access here.
