By electing e-delivery you’re opting for a more convenient, secure and sustainable way to receive your account documents.

Convenience
When you need to view your documents, you don’t have to rummage around in your file cabinet. Through the Client Access app, you can easily and securely access all of your account documents, portfolio statements, trade confirmations and shareholder communications from the last 14 years. While that eliminates the need to store or carry physical copies, there’s always the option to print a paper copy if needed.

Security
Unlike paper statements, your online statements are protected by a password and two factor authentication. That means you don’t have to worry about mail theft or people looking through personal documents. You select your password and change it whenever you choose. As an extra layer of protection, your account information is encrypted as it is transmitted over the internet to prevent unauthorized users from accessing it.

Sustainability
Opting into e-delivery helps positively impact the world around you. Not only does making the switch to paperless document delivery help cut down paper consumption and waste, but it can also help you maintain a clutter-free household too. Get a $25 account-fee credit

By electing e-delivery for all your account documents, you may be eligible to receive a $25 account-fee credit.

Accounts subject to the annual account maintenance fee, retirement fee or capital access fee are eligible for the credit and multiple credits may be received (one per account) if paperless e-delivery is elected on more than one eligible account.

To receive the credit, simply elect 100% e-delivery via Client Access at least three business days prior to the month your account fee is billed. For additional information and eligibility requirements please contact your advisor.
