Ryan Childs

Ryan’s role as director includes overseeing the day-to-day trading and analysis of whole loan packages, including residential mortgages, commercial mortgages and consumer loan portfolios. He also devotes himself to providing pricing and market color to clients seeking to manage their loan portfolio balance sheet exposure. Additionally, Ryan is responsible for structuring and managing transactions including legal documents, due diligence and funding.

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2014 as a whole loan trader, Ryan worked for Public Financial Management, where he was responsible for providing guidance and negotiating pricing on municipal securities, including interest rate pricing, call and put options, and debt structuring for sell-side clients.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in international business from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and is a CFA® charterholder.
