Amanda Patel

Amanda’s primary responsibilities for the Whole Loan Group include accounting for the loan sale transactions, assisting with deal funding, and coordinating the servicing process for both retained and released transactions. She also works on various analytical projects for the desk.

Amanda originally joined Raymond James as an intern while finishing her undergraduate career. She rejoined the firm as a full-time employee in 2017. Prior to that, Amanda worked as the director of portfolio management for Green Square Capital, a wealth management firm based in Memphis, Tennessee. Her duties there included completing all equity and fixed income trading for the client coverage team and recommending asset allocation moves, as well as conducting performance reviews and year-end planning meetings with clients.

A graduate of the University of Memphis, Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and management information systems. She also obtained her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in financial economics from the same institution. Amanda holds her Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
