Mr. Gough recently joined Raymond James in June 2019 after more than 10 years working in Wells Fargo’s Florida public finance group.  Mr. Gough has more than 15 years of experience working with municipal governments, including the last 13 years in public finance.  Mr. Gough has worked on more than $15 billion of municipal bond issuances during his career, including working on over $471 million of financings for Manatee County in either the underwriting or financial advisory role.  In addition to Manatee County, Mr. Gough’s experience with Florida municipal issuers includes financings for Citrus County, Hillsborough County, Miami-Dade County, Sarasota County, St. Lucie County, the City of Bradenton, City of Cape Coral, City of Jacksonville, City of Lakeland, City of Miami, City of Orlando, City of Pensacola, and City of Tampa, among others.  Further, he has significant experience with covenant to budget appropriate financings having worked with senior bankers on more than $1.3 billion of Florida covenant to budget and appropriation credits during his career, including $180 million for Manatee County in both senior managed and financial advisory roles.  Mr. Gough graduated from the University of Florida, where he earned both Bachelors and Masters of Science in Finance degrees.  He currently holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
