As a managing director and senior investment banker, Hugh concentrates on representing the firm’s investment banking activities primarily in special situations and revenue issues. With more than 43 transactions, he has been instrumental in the development of privatized student housing across the country. Hugh joined Raymond James from J.C. Bradford & Co. in 2000, where he served as the partner-in-charge of Public Finance. He joined the industry in 1987. A former U.S. Marine Corps officer, Hugh received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He serves on the executive boards of the Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Alumni Association of the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
