Raymond James announces closing of offering of $500 million senior notes
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James Financial, Inc. (NYSE: RJF) (“Raymond James”) today announced the closing of a registered underwritten public offering of $500 million 4.650% senior notes due 2030 (the “Notes”). The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 4.650% per annum and will mature on April 1, 2030. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
