Michael Pokrassa joined Raymond James in 2009. At Raymond James, Mr. Pokrassa advises clients on debt origination transactions in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Pokrassa spent two years in the portfolio group for primarily illiquid debt and equity investments at Silver Point Capital. Before Silver Point Capital, Mr. Pokrassa provided restructuring advisory services for six years at FTI Consulting, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers on behalf of distressed companies and their creditors. Mr. Pokrassa graduated with distinction from the BBA program at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
