Allison Kaczmar serves financial advisors by connecting them with ideas and solutions for asset retention, providing business coaching and maintaining strong client relationships.

Allison is passionate about being an advocate for the financial advisors in the Northeast Region as a liaison between them and Raymond James’ home office. Initially joining Raymond James in the home office to handle Portfolio Reporting, Allison relocated to Detroit and led the Portfolio Reporting/Pricing department in the Southfield Center. She then built and managed the PCGS – Southfield team, encompassing Branch Services, Client Services and Transition Management. After six years, she transitioned back to the home office to become the Eastern Region Manager for Transition Management. In 2015, she earned the role of Assistant Divisional Director for the Northeast Region. Allison received her B.A. in English and has earned the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) designation. She is also FINRA Series 7, 9/10, 24 and 66 registered.

As the Assistant Divisional Director, Allison works closely with financial advisors to connect them with the available technology and other resources to help them consistently deliver comprehensive client service and financial planning to their clients. Allison’s proven leadership ability and experience with operations and transition management allow her to skillfully assist advisors with client retention, developing strategies for segmenting their client base, expanding their team and managing their practices efficiently and effectively.
