Stephanie Kelly

Stephanie Kelly works in our Rockefeller Center office in New York City. She joined Raymond James in 2017 and has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Raymond James Stephanie was a Stock Plan Director at Morgan Stanley in Manhattan where she specialized in meeting the challenges of corporate clients. Stephanie works closely with companies helping them to address and resolve the complexities that are often part of the corporate landscape, including stock plan services, restricted share selling programs (10b5-1) and corporate cash management. She also works closely with C-Suite executives helping them to find solutions to the challenges they often face, including concentrated positions in a single equity or sector, potential tax burdens, and philanthropic giving. She has had articles published online in CEO and Corporate Board magazines and is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
