RJ Milligan

RJ Milligan rejoined the Raymond James Real Estate Research team in 2020, covering net-lease and shopping center REITs. Prior to rejoining the Equity Research team in 2020, Milligan worked at R.W. Baird for six years as a senior research analyst covering net-lease, shopping center, manufactured housing and self-storage REITs. Milligan started his real estate research career with Raymond James in 2005, and spent 10 years as both a research associate and senior research analyst covering the REIT sector. Milligan also previously worked at Prudential Capital Group as a credit analyst. He graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in finance.
