Ryan Burton

Ryan Burton joined Raymond James in 2021 as an associate and currently serves as vice president in the Commercial & Industrial Services group within the Diversified Industrials practice. Mr. Burton brings over six years of M&A and investment banking experience working with private equity-backed, family-owned and publicly traded companies. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Burton worked for BKD Capital Advisors (now FORVIS) and was focused on M&A advisory across a variety of industries. Mr. Burton began his career at BKD CPAs and Advisors, focusing on M&A due diligence for both buy- and sell-side M&A engagements. Mr. Burton earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
