Kevin Phelan

Kevin Phelan joined Raymond James in 2022 and is a vice president in the Healthcare Investment Banking group. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Phelan served as chief financial officer for Spring Oaks Capital, a private equity-backed financial technology platform. Mr. Phelan previously worked at Chartwell Financial Advisory, a boutique investment bank where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private capital raising assignments, and ESOP advisory transactions. Prior to Chartwell, Mr. Phelan began his career at Regions Securities where he focused on leveraged finance and debt capital markets. Mr. Phelan earned his MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business (expected May 2024) and his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science, magna cum laude, from Susquehanna University, where he served as captain of the varsity golf team.
