Zishaan Arshad joined Raymond James in 2018 with more than 11 years of cross-border M&A experience and having advised on over $10 billion of transactions across the technology and services sectors. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Arshad was a director at Oakley Advisory, where he was primarily focused on public and private M&A transactions in the IT services, communications, managed hosting and tech-enabled services sectors. Mr. Arshad joined Oakley Advisory from Jefferies, where he served in both the European TMT Investment Banking team and Global Mergers & Acquisitions group. Mr. Arshad graduated from University College London with a first class LLB (Hons.) degree in Law and holds the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
